FREE SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ALWAYS POLICY

  • We have a transparent free ground shipping policy on every order, with no minimum.
  • Shipping will be through UPS or USPS depending on factors such as the weight of the merchandise, location of delivery, and the size (wherever applicable).
  • We do offer paid Next Day and Expedited shipping for those rush moments at greatly discounted prices offered through our shipping partner. Don't worry, you will be able to see all the prices and delivery times options to better fit your situation all on the checkout screen. Usually, it's the number of days to deliver vs the cost. Higher the cost, earlier the delivery.
  • Orders received before 4 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
  • Policy does not apply to international orders. Additional shipping charges may apply and can be seen during checkout right before processing the payment.

15-DAY RETURN POLICY

FREE 15-DAY NO-HASSLE RETURNS POLICY

  • Whatever that reason is, we respect your privacy! Just reach out to our customer support for a return request with your order details and we will take care of the rest.
  • Although you can always put a reason on the file with us for the return to help us find any improvement points or correct any misinformation you might have discovered with our products.
  • Policy partially applies to international orders. No logistics cost will be covered in any case but the 15-Day return policy still applies. 

15-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our exchange policy goes hand in hand with our great 15-day no-hassle return policy. Exchanging for a different size, or simply choosing a substitute we will take care of the logistics.
  • Same cost exchanges will be done in the same order. If the cost of the replacement is higher, a new order will be created and will have to be paid for. In event of a vice versa situation, a refund will be applied for the difference.
  • We do not honor cross shipping in any case. A new order can be made in an event of urgency.
  • Policy partially applies to international orders. No logistics cost will be covered in any case but the 15-Day return policy still applies. 

24-HOUR REFUND POLICY

REFUND PROCESSING POLICY

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise back at our facility.
  • Refund deductions may apply if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds do not include any additional cost paid for premium shipping services during the original purchase.
